experienced it myself, as have several other posters here on TT.net. Whether it's due to improper design for the NA's pulse timing (which is more likely, as I've come to understand from search) or not enough backpressure, I can't say, but whatever it is, clearly there is something to be said for selecting the right exhaust to maintain the low-end performance. Picking exhausts designed for the TT may not make sense for those who want that low-end torque. The Borla I have is great looking and sounding, and really opens up above 3500 RPM, but I think I may have given up a bit of low-end throttle response from my old Greddy SP. I could be imagining it at this point, having had the car for so long, but seat-of-the-pants tells me I'm right. Anyway, I doubt I would switch because I like the SS and the look, but that's the deal.
